I found that mainstream apps are a visual game that I couldn't properly play. And as I’ve heard from so many others, it can be a place where you don't always feel fully accepted for who you are. I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I am building Spectrom. It’s a new dating and friendship application, but it’s much more than that. It’s a community we are building from the ground up, based on three simple principles. Second, **real connection.** We're replacing the superficial 'swipe' with audio-first features that let your true personality and voice shine in a place where you are accepted for exactly who you are.
